  3. Therapy! I found my therapist on betterhelp.comWorking on my emotional literacy. Our society sadly doesn't teach us about how emotions work and how to address them. Here are some resources I use:
  4. Nonviolent Communication by Marshall B. Rosenberg. This method is extremely useful not only for improving relationships with others, but for creating more peace and understanding within oneself. Here is a free instructional guide to get you started.
  5. Here's a YouTube playlist where I'm saving other resources.
