hi, i'm hannah. 

"inner oasis workshop" is a peer support program that i created to learn and practice skills for emotional & creative well-being in an intentional, empathic, trauma-informed environment. i host “seasons” of the group which each last 3 months, in which we bond in an intimate group of 3-5 people and practice vulnerability through creative expression. 

i believe that learning must be experiential to be meaningful, and that relational and communal healing must take place in relationship and community. while i am not a mental health professional, i host this space with great care. i’ve spent the last 10+ years healing from c-ptsd and recovering my ability to live from the heart and trust myself and others with my vulnerable expression. i consider myself 10 years into a life-long practice of learning :)  it is my great honor to learn alongside others who are passionate about living from the heart.

i offer this program for the low recommended donation of $30/month for the 3-month duration (through Patreon). while reciprocity is important, community building is much more important to me and i hope that anyone committed to the program will join regardless of cost - if you cannot afford $30, you can join for as little as $1/month, whatever works for you. similarly, if you are able to pay more monthly to sustain and develop the program, that is greatly appreciated.
